Customer service is our number one priority, which is why we make ourselves available for fans to contact direct. We strive to provide you and your fans with an outstanding overall experience.

Orders will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours via USPS for Domestic Shipments and First Class International for foreign Shipments.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We only accept items that have not been used, worn, or washed. Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice to the address below and the reason for your return. You will not be refunded for the original shipping and handling fees.

Music and DVDs may only be returned if factory sealed unless the CD or DVD is damaged and does not play.

Exchange Policy
If your order was incorrectly fulfilled or flawed in any way, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or at (615) 297-7002 from 9am to 4pm C.S.T. and let us know. Unsatisfactory items will be accepted up to 90 days from date of purchase. We will then send you the correct (or unflawed) item, along with a self addressed/stamped envelope for you to send the incorrect (or flawed) item back to us.

If the item purchased is unsatisfactory because a different size or item is desired, than you will need to send the item back to us for EXCHANGE ONLY. Please include a note letting us know what you would like instead and $5 for the first item ($7 for hoodies), $2.50 for each additional item to pay for shipping and handling ($10 for international orders, $2.50 for each additional item). You may send a check or money order made payable to Fan Clubhouse, LLC.

Please check the website and see if the item you are wanting to exchange is in stock (sizes). Also, please make sure that your shipping address for the new item is clear. Please note that there may be a customs fee if you are ordering outside of the United States.

We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available to outside organizations any information provided to us. You may receive communications from the artists/companies you purchase from on this site. Additionally if you use our service to join a fan club or subscribe to any other services provided by this site you may be sent subscription related emails. In this case you will always be provided with the opportunity to permanently opt-out of mailings.
